NJ Transit gets a 'C' on first scorecard
First of many surveys to help trains and buses improve
The first survey results are in for NJ Transit and they are mediocre, with riders giving the agency around the level of a “C.”
Officials announced the first results of the agencies Score Card initiative, which ranks customer satisfaction on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the best. Riders gave the the agency an overall 5.2 score with rail riders giving the service a 4.5, the lowest of the modes and the highest rating of 7.5 given to Access Link service by the special needs riders it serves. Bus riders gave the service an average rating of 5.5.
